原子力事故後の復旧に関する国際会議の開催案内
The International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP), in association with several Japanese, International, and other organisations (to be announced in the coming months) will host an International Conference on Recovery After Nuclear Accidents in late 2020, titled Radiological Protection Lessons from Fukushima and Beyond.
国際放射線防護委員会（ICRP）は、日本国内や国際組織、その他の海外の組織（協力組織については、後日、発表致します）の協力を得て、令和2年末に「原子力事故後の復旧に関する国際会議：福島及びこれまでの事故から学ぶ放射線防護の教訓」を開催致します。
The objective of this conference is to share experiences and lessons related to radiological protection aspects of recovery from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident, the Chernobyl accident, and other events, to improve international understanding of the current state of recovery in Japan, consider strategies that may accelerate recovery, and improve preparedness for recovery from possible future major nuclear accidents.
この会議の目的は、東京電力福島第一原子力発電所事故、チェルノブイリ事故、そしてその他の原子力事故からの復旧における放射線防護の視点で得られた経験や教訓を関係者で共有することです。それは、日本の復旧の現状に関する国際的な理解を深め、復興を加速させる戦略を検討し、将来起こりうる大規模な原子力事故からの復旧への備えを改善することに繋がります。
From 30 November to 4 December 2020 in the Coastal Region in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan, attendees will experience 3 days of presentations, panel discussions, posters, and displays, as well as have an opportunity to participate in two days of field visits. All are welcome to join any session, space permitting, but a special public information session is planned for non-specialists.
本会議は令和2年11月30日から12月4日にかけて、福島県浜通りで開催され、3日間の口頭発表、パネル討論、ポスター発表と展示、2日間の現地見学を予定しています。スペースの許す限り、全てのセッションにどなたでも参加頂けますが、放射線防護の専門家ではない方を対象とした特別公開セッションも計画しています。
The site visits will include an Interim Storage Facility, Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA) technical facilities, etc., and other areas where recovery is taking place.
現地見学としては、中間貯蔵施設、日本原子力研究開発機構の施設、復旧作業を行っている場所などを見学頂く予定です。
More details will be provided when registration opens in May 2020. Registration will be free, on a first-come, first-serve basis. As there will be limited space, registrants will be asked to confirm their participation leading up to the conference to ensure maximum participation. A waitlist will be maintained once the spaces are full.
より詳細な情報は、本年5月頃の登録受付開始に合わせて、お知らせ致します。参加費は不要で、登録受付は先着順となります。会場の都合上、参加登録を頂いた方には、随時、参加予定に変更がないかを確認させて頂きます。なお、参加可能人数の上限に達した際には、キャセル待ちでの受付とさせて頂きます。
