ICRP would like to welcome Kelsey Cloutier, who will be serving as the organisation's Development and Communications Manager as of today. Prior to this role, Kelsey spent several years specializing in political fundraising and associated communications. He has extensive experience in relationship management, and is looking forward to meeting, engaging, and expanding ICRP’s network across the globe. With the strategic plan identified, Kelsey will be responsible in assisting with the growth of ICRP’s interests and reach going forward.
